Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer and prospect database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and corporate organizations.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers to strengthen business relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain consistent communication with all prospects and customers.
- Provide prompt and professional attention to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the Aftersales Department to ensure excellent customer experience and support.
- Maximize the utilization of demonstration vehicles and programs provided by the manufacturer.
- Promote and position Audi products effectively among corporate and fleet decision-makers.
- Provide timely updates, market feedback, and performance reports to the Sales Manager and General Manager.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements, and provide regular feedback.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record in corporate, fleet, or B2B sales.
- Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Experience working with government entities and corporate clients is highly desirable.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
