Job Title:
Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive — export sales focusing on American vehicle brands. Industry: Automotive. Division:
Auto Spare Parts – American Vehicle Brands. The ideal candidate will have front-line sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry, with a focus on the UAE and GCC re-export markets, and a proven track record in customer acquisition, sales growth, and market development, along with strong knowledge of American automotive spare parts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within assigned export regions.
- Expand the customer base within the American vehicle spare parts segment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Improve profit margins through effective pricing and negotiation strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in export markets.
- Collaborate with sourcing and product development teams.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for export markets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the American vehicle spare parts segment.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team for product sourcing and development.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence feedback.
- Represent the organization at automotive industry events and trade exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Graduate or Diploma preferred (not essential if relevant experience compensates).

Ford, Chevrolet, Tesla, Dodge, Jeep, Cadillac, GMC, Lincoln
- Strong part number-level knowledge of American vehicle spare parts.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Strong margin management and sales performance skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in export sales of automotive spare parts.
- Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC markets.
- Experience handling genuine and aftermarket spare parts.
- Experience in product development or purchasing will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English (Mandatory)
- Arabic is an advantage
