Sales Coordinator
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Sales coordinator, you will be responsible of providing administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team by assisting with inter-department coordination, supporting the team with day-to-day sales transactions, and providing information when required to ensure that customers’ needs are met and the department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
This position reports to the Decorative Segment Manager and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities:- Provide administration and support to the sales team by assisting with daily related sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids, and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.
- Support sales staff by following up on collection so that Jotun’s liquidity remains balanced.
- Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.
- Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively to the team.
- Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc., and assist in updating the system price list.
- Assist in keeping the customer credit file up-to-date.

We are looking for a candidate who:- Emirati national as part of the Emiratization program initiative by UAE Government ( Nafis)
- Holding a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any major
- Minimum 1 years of work
- Computer
Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, data entry - Fluency in English is a must – Arabic is an advantage
