Business Development Manager – Luxury Hospitality & F&B Partnerships, UAE
We are building a premium clear ice brand for Dubai’s luxury hospitality market including cocktails, hotels, beach clubs, fine dining, and events.
Responsibilities- Build and manage a pipeline of premium hotels, cocktail bars, rooftop bars, beach clubs, fine‑dining restaurants, luxury caterers, event companies, and spirit brands in Dubai.
- Open doors to F&B Directors, Beverage Managers, Bar Managers, Procurement Managers, General Managers, and hospitality group decision‑makers.
- Present premium clear ice as a luxury cocktail, beverage, and guest‑experience upgrade for high‑end hospitality venues.
- Secure meetings, tastings, sample presentations, pilot orders, and long‑term B2B supply agreements.
- Convert initial interest into recurring monthly customer relationships with clear volume potential.
- Develop and manage key accounts across hotels, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, caterers, and event companies.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities within the hospitality, beverage, event, and premium F&B ecosystem.
- Support the development of pricing, account strategy, product positioning, and go‑to‑market execution in the UAE market.
- Coordinate customer requirements, order expectations, delivery needs, packaging preferences, and product feedback.
- Work closely with local partners and suppliers to ensure smooth execution, quality standards, and reliable fulfilment.
- Track all leads, meetings, proposals, customer feedback, and opportunities in CRM.
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline, customer conversations, deal progress, market feedback, and next steps.
- Represent the brand professionally in front of premium hospitality clients and strategic partners.
- 5+ years of business development, sales, key account management, or commercial experience in UAE hospitality, F&B, Ho Re Ca , beverage distribution, hotel suppliers, bar equipment, luxury events, catering, or food service.
- Strong existing network in Dubai’s hotel, restaurant, bar, beach club, catering, or event industry.
- Proven ability to sell premium products or services to hospitality decision‑makers.
- Experience working with F&B Directors, Beverage Managers, Bar Managers, Procurement Teams, General Managers, or hospitality groups.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai hospitality and luxury F&B market.
- Commercially disciplined, structured, and comfortable managing a pipeline independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new business from the ground up.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluent English required. German is a strong plus. Arabic is a plus.
- Existing relationships with premium hotels, cocktail bars, beach clubs, caterers, spirit brands, or hospitality groups are highly preferred.
Fixed monthly retainer or base salary plus attractive performance‑based commission on paid customer revenue, recurring B2B accounts, and strategic partnership success.
First 90‑Day MissionYour mission is to build a strong UAE hospitality pipeline, secure qualified meetings with premium accounts, organise tastings and product presentations, generate pilot orders, and convert the first customers into recurring B2B relationships.
