Banking Sales and Relationship Officer

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Banking Sales and Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and promoting a range of banking products and services. You will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our retail banking portfolio.

• Identify and target potential clients for banking products including loans, credit cards.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
