As we continue to expand across the Middle East and beyond, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager based in Abu Dhabi to accelerate our growth throughout the UAE, GCC, and Central Asia.

Position Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities across corporate, institutional, fintech, payment, and digital asset sectors. The successful candidate will help expand Klickl’s corporate network by building long‑term relationships, generating qualified opportunities, and representing the company with professionalism across the region.

This role is ideal for an energetic individual who is looking to develop a career in fintech and digital assets while working in a fast‑growing international business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities across the UAE, GCC, and Central Asia.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, fintech companies, payment providers, and strategic partners.
  • Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with senior decision‑makers to introduce Klickl’s products and services.
  • Represent Klickl at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and conferences.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Compliance, Operations, Product, and Marketing to support successful client onboarding.
  • Assist with commercial proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the fintech and digital asset sectors.
  • Support the delivery of regional growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 1–2 years’ experience in business development, sales, account management, partnerships, or client relationship roles.
  • Strong interest in fintech, payments, financial services, or digital assets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident networking with business leaders and prospective clients.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE, GCC, and occasionally Central Asia.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
  • Cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, or digital assets.
  • Fintech or payments.
  • Banking or financial services.
  • Corporate sales or B2B business development.
  • Cross-border payments or international business.
  • Language Requirements
  • Preferred:
    Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Mandarin, or another Central Asian language.
