We have an urgent requirement for an Account Manager - IT Software (enterprise software, IT Service Management (ITSM), security solutions, and AI technologies) for one of the client in Abu Dhabi.

We are seeking an experienced IT Software Account Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and acquiring new customers in Abu Dhabi. This role requires proven expertise in software and IT solutions for account management, with mandatory experience working with Abu Dhabi-based clients.

  Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers and decision‑makers.
• Solution Proposals:
  Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services.

  Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
