Overview

Job Description: Based in Abu Dhabi, the Sales AM will play a strategic role in generating & developing business with corporate end customers for Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure Technologies – Teksalah Portfolio of solutions, products, and services. To work closely with customers in enterprise and large verticals, focusing Abu Dhabi Emirate. Someone who has proven customer relationships with enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Understand customer business challenges and needs. Propose the most effective ICT solutions through consultative selling.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure customer delight through proactive engagement and facilitating exceptional service.
  • Establish and develop relationships with new prospects and existing clients. Continuously nurture relationships to expand sales revenues.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline for ICT solutions, products, and services.
  • Work collaboratively to generate new revenues and meet or exceed individual and team targets.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Provide timely support, information, and guidance to maintain trust and relationships with clients.
  • Meet and deliver the MBOs and KPIs set by management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Stay updated with advanced technologies and innovations.
  • In collaboration with the team, facilitate workshops for customers on key technologies in focus.
  • Develop and deliver accurate, regular sales forecasts aligned with business goals and objectives.
Qualification Criteria
  • Should have strong relationships with the End customer/Client Community in the UAE.
  • Should have experience in handling large enterprise projects, quotes, and solutions.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the UAE in ICT Solutions Selling.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in understanding customer challenges and proposing the best suitable ICT solutions from the given portfolio.
  • Candidates with experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Technologies are preferred the most.
  • Working experience with and good understanding of – Exposure Management, EDR, PaaS, MFA, Business Continuity is a must.
  • Academic:
    Graduate/BE /MBA +

    Languages:

    Fluency in English is a must;
    Arabic is an advantage.
  • Preferred

    Certifications:

    ISC2/ ISACA/ Microsoft/ Cisco/Forti Gate/ PALOALTO/ Checkpoint.
