Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager with a strong background in the UAE automotive industry. The ideal candidate is a hunter and relationship builder who can identify new business opportunities, acquire corporate fleet customers, and maximize revenue from managed accounts. This role requires someone who is commercially driven, customer-focused, and passionate about technology-enabled fleet solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and acquire new corporate accounts within the UAE automotive and fleet sector.
- Generate revenue by selling Bayanat's fleet management and maintenance solutions.
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account value.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and successfully close deals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Work closely with technical, operations, and customer success teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE automotive industry sales experience (mandatory).
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Active UAE Residence Visa.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong network within the UAE automotive, fleet, leasing, rental, or mobility sectors is highly preferred.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience selling any of the following is highly desirable:
Fleet Management Software (FMS), Workshop Management Systems, GPS Tracking & Telematics, IoT Solutions, Fleet Maintenance Services, Mobility or Automotive Technology Solutions.
