Sales and Service Engineer – Abu Dhabi Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth and Customer Relationships:
Promote and sell products, services, and solutions to existing and prospective customers while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities. - Provide Technical Service and Field Support:
Deliver on-site support including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, inspections, and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and operational reliability. - Manage Accounts, Territory, and Sales Pipeline:
Plan and execute customer visits, manage assigned accounts/territories, oversee lead generation activities, manage portals, and ensure achievement of sales and service targets. - Develop Market Opportunities and Strategic Partnerships:
Collaborate with customers, OEMs, workshops, and industry stakeholders to influence specifications, secure service and spares contracts, generate project leads, and expand market presence. - Deliver Technical Expertise and Business Development Initiatives:
Provide product training, conduct equipment surveys and assessments, identify upgrade and retrofit opportunities, prepare inspection reports and quotations, and support continuous business growth through technical and commercial expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with strong knowledge of rotating equipment, mechanical seals, and related mechanical systems.
- Practical experience and solid expertise in a similar role.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools is desirable.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles, customer service practices and similar environments.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel:
Regular trips to customer sites.
