Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity | Abu Dhabi, UAE
Strict criteria — please read before applying.This role is NOT open to freshers or general IT salespeople. We are only considering candidates with proven, hands‑on cybersecurity sales / business development experience.
Hard requirements- 3+ years in cybersecurity business development / sales
- Direct experience selling to end customers (not distribution-only or inside sales)
- Abu Dhabi‑based candidates must have prior Abu Dhabi market experience
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation

The roleDrive growth in our cybersecurity business across the UAE and GCC. This is a strategic AND hands‑on role with full ownership of the sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
What you'll do- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, closure
- Acquire new mid‑market clients for cybersecurity solutions
- Build relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CTO)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver presentations
- Collaborate with technical, presales, and finance teams
- Monitor market trends and position solutions accordingly
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Disciplined CRM usage and pipeline management
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, comfortable owning a revenue number
