Sales Account Manager – Continuing Education (UAE Nationals Only)

Ankabut is expanding its Continuing Education portfolio and is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and strengthen long-term partnerships across the education ecosystem.

This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals.

Key Responsibilities Account Management & Growth
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
New Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the Continuing Education sector.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.
  • Position Ankabut as a trusted strategic partner through value-driven engagement.
  • Work closely with solutions, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • UAE National (Family Book required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
