Sales Manager - Security System

Role Objective

We are a leading technology company in the Security Access Control Division, based in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Manager who will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and strengthening our sales and marketing presence in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Candidates must have 6–8 years of proven experience in security products such as Access Control Systems, Biometric Systems, Facial Recognition Systems, Speed Gates, Turnstile Systems, Card Printers, Card Readers, and other Physical Security Access Management Solutions.

• Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new markets and customer needs through research.
• Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote company products and services aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal guidelines.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in the UAE or KSA.

• Valid driving license (UAE or KSA).
• Proven sales track record in the security & access control industry.
• Strong market knowledge in UAE or Saudi Arabia (Riyadh region preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong rapport‑building ability.
• Effective time management and planning skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
