Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
This position is responsible for providing support to the Commercial Zone team assisting in the commercial zone sales strategy implementation by means of generating and attracting customers to our portfolio whilst maintaining a professional relationship with key customers across target sectors and supporting in developing various commercial strategies to generate and attract investments.
ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:
Key responsibility is to support the development and execution of strategies defined by the division director to attract customers and increase volumes across the ECFZ Cluster products
Responsible for the reporting process of the division collecting data and centralizing the Commercial Team updates and account management progress
Follow up with leads & prospects where required
Effectively utilize the CRM System to maintain a healthy database and produce comprehensive sales progress dashboard
Act as liaison and coordinator between internal agents and ECFZ Cluster offices and management for an effective lead generation progress
Liaise with Marketing Team and develop and maintain the division marketing programs task lists. Overseeing the proper and timely execution
Receives leads, walk-ins and others at visitor center and or on site
Attend events and maintain presence during ECFZ Cluster exhibition participation
Coordinate between BDs, stakeholders & ECFZ Cluster management for collection and submittals of reports, presentations, documents and other data
QualificationsEducational and Technical
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in business administration/or Engineering background
Language
Skills:
- Requires ability to read, write and speak English and Arabic fluently.
Years of
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field.
Nature of
Experience:
- Requires at least 2 years of direct sales experience with a basic understanding of operations.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to meet directly with customers and represent the company in a professional manor.
- Require excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to prepare PowerPoint presentations and be fully conversant in windows, excel and word.
