Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive specialized in Water Pumps, Power Tools and Building Materials sales to join our team. The role focuses on achieving sales targets within the region.

Preferred candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi, Fujairah or Ras Al Khaimah as we are hiring for offices in these locations.

Responsibilities
  • Visit customers to develop relationships with key decision makers and expand the sales base for Water Pumps, Power Tools, Hand Tools, Consumables, Accessories, and Building Materials.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in line with industry standards.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Assess market size and price levels to help define pricing policy.
  • Carry out machine or consumable demonstrations with support from the service team.
  • Follow up on trials, customer enquiries, submitted quotations, complaints, and delivery‑related issues; ensure timely payment of accounts receivable.
  • Prepare sales reports on daily and weekly bases to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new machine technologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of industrial/UAE market experience in technical sales within the PT & BM industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.
