Member Experience Manager

Drive membership growth and retention by building strong relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading sales strategies across clubs. Responsible for managing consultants, indoor sales, and outdoor activations to expand the member base and achieve revenue goals.

• Lead membership growth, yield management, and sales revenue strategies
• Recruit, train, and develop sales teams; ensure clubs are fully staffed
• Conduct sales training, certifications, and identify future leaders
• Motivate teams, monitor performance, and recognize top achievers
• Implement customer service standards, resolve issues, and drive improvements
• Build rapport with members and prospects; expand customer base
• Collaborate with Marketing on club strategies and promotions
• Deliver competitive analysis and regular reports to senior management
