Sales Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our procurement team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between automotive businesses (workshops, fleets, retailers) and our vast supplier network. You will be responsible for identifying the correct automotive parts based on client requests, sourcing them efficiently, managing quotes, and closing sales.

• Parts Consultation: Review client requests, analyze vehicle specifications (VIN numbers, make, model, year), and accurately identify required components.
• Procurement & Sourcing: Coordinate with local parts suppliers to locate high-quality OEM or aftermarket components at the best prices.
• Quotation Management: Prepare accurate pricing quotes, negotiate terms, and follow up with clients to close procurement sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, mechanic shops, and fleet managers to secure repeat business.
• Order Tracking: Monitor order statuses from procurement to final delivery, ensuring clients are kept informed of delivery timelines or potential delays.

• Experience: Minimum [1–2 years] of experience in automotive parts sales, automotive procurement, or a technical role within a workshop/dealership.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems (engine, suspension, electrical, body parts) and ability to use Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) or VIN decoding tools.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills to handle both suppliers and clients.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to find hard-to-source parts and solve logistics or compatibility challenges.
• Language: Professional working proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
