Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure processing and delivery of orders on time towards customer delight.
- Prompt customer servicing in terms of complaint handling coordination with supply chain and service departments.
- Achievement of assigned sales targets in the assigned outlet.
- Achievement of quantity and value targets under sales objectives to minimize the loss of business opportunities and increase market share.
- Ensure the right mix of products are displayed with the assigned outlet.
- Implement customized marketing activities to ensure secondary sales in order to promote primary sales.
- Actively ensure slow moving items are promoted and sold off to ensure better inventory flow.
- Conduct market surveys as requested or as needs arise.
- Monitor competition activities and provide regular MIS to the sales management for proactive actions.

- Knowledge of Industry Norms & Practices
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience2-3 years in sales in Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances industry is a MUST
