Van Sales Executive – Abu Dhabi & Al Ain

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Van Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong network among SMEs, wholesalers, retailers, groceries, cafeterias, restaurants, and traders in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The primary responsibility is to generate new business, increase sales, and maintain strong customer relationships while managing van stock efficiently.

• Sell and promote the company's product range across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
• Develop new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Visit SMEs, supermarkets, groceries, cafeterias, restaurants, retail shops, and traders on a daily basis.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Collect weekly stock from the company's warehouse in Ajman and manage van inventory effectively.
• Ensure timely deliveries and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Collect payments from customers as per company policy.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and stock reconciliation.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers to maximize repeat business.

• Minimum 3–5 years of Van Sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience covering Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets

• Strong existing relationships with SMEs, retailers, wholesalers, and traders.
• Valid UAE MANUAL driving license (mandatory).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in FMCG distribution will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain routes and customer base.

• Candidates with an established customer portfolio in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain and a proven track record of generating sales revenue will be given preference.
