Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally and provide outstanding counter sales service.
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts by advising on part numbers, pricing, availability, and product specifications.
- Provide guidance on the proper use, care, and application of automotive parts and accessories.
- Prepare accurate parts quotations, estimates, delivery orders, and sales invoices.
- Process customer orders efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow established credit sales procedures and monitor customer credit terms within the Parts Dealer Network.
- Explain parts return policies, warranty procedures, and expected delivery timelines to customers and workshop personnel.
- Coordinate with the Ordering Section to source requested parts, monitor order status, and communicate lead times and delivery updates.
- Maintain accurate sales records and inventory transactions using computerized warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Prepare and monitor Lost Sales Reports to identify customer demand and improve parts availability.
- Support inventory control activities by maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with stock management processes.
- Assist in the presentation and merchandising of accessories and promotional displays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and work environment.
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Parts Sales Supervisor or Procurement & Stores Manager.
To support the efficient operation of the After Sales Services department by providing professional parts sales services, ensuring accurate inventory records, processing customer orders efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service that contributes to increased customer satisfaction and business performance.
What We're Looking For Experience- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in automotive parts sales, parts counter operations, warehouse operations, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Previous experience within an automotive dealership environment is highly preferred.
- Degree or Diploma in Material Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Computer literate with strong knowledge of computerized warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and dealership management systems is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
