What You’ll Be Responsible For- Build and grow Wio's Education portfolio across the UAE by acquiring new customers across nurseries, training centers and schools.
- Source and close new business and work directly with nursery owners, training centers, school operators, and other education businesses.
- Introduce customers to Wio's business banking and payment solutions, helping education businesses simplify collections, payments and day‑to‑day banking.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate a consistent pipeline of customers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Represent Wio at industry events and actively grow your network within the education sector.
- Provide market feedback to help shape future products and propositions for education customers.
- Proven end-to-end closing: you sourced and signed the deals yourself.
- Established, current network across UAE nurseries, training centers and/or schools.
- Depth in one sub‑sector valued over breadth.
- Comfortable building a territory and creating opportunities from scratch.
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Self‑driven, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
