Mortgage Advisor - Direct Sales

Overview

The role is responsible for promoting core products within an assigned business territory through direct field sales, achieving agreed financial and sales targets, and building a new customer base for FAB. It drives business growth, maintains customer and real estate market relationships, and ensures customer applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with FAB policies and procedures.

• Achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets to build a new customer base in FAB.
• Promote the sales of Core Product in the assigned area or market.
• Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers and Real Estate brokerage/market.
• Assist in conducting promotional activities, meetings, and road shows in the assigned area to achieve budgeted sales volumes.
• Ensure submitted customer applications and documentation are complete and error-free; follow up on approved document discrepancies.
• Minimize errors and act upon them for correction and re-submission if needed.
• Provide sales MIS, daily reports, and customer/market feedback to Sales Manager to improve business.
• Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities and recommend customer applications that are considered good credit risk and as per FAB/Group policy.

• University Degree (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage sales or real estate sales experience
• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with a strong service quality mindset
• High motivation and proactive approach
• Ability to build professional relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Multicultural awareness

• Experience selling other banking products
• Sales diploma or certification
• Knowledge of FAB retail products
• Good computer skills
• Competitive awareness and market benchmarking knowledge
