Relationship Manager – Merchant Acquiring​/POS​/BNPL

Role: Relationship Manager – Merchant Acquiring / POS / BNPL

Type: Contract

Contract Duration: Long term

Start Date: Immediate – 30 days

Salary: AED 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire SME merchants to onboard POS machines, BNPL solutions, merchant acquiring services, and card payment solutions.
• Promote and sell merchant acquiring products, including POS terminals, BNPL solutions, and digital payment services.
• Conduct field visits to retail outlets, restaurants, and businesses to generate new leads.
• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, including documentation and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to ensure long-term engagement.
• Monitor merchant transaction activity and support the activation of POS terminals and BNPL services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and merchant acquisition goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for POS installation, technical support, and issue resolution.
• Provide merchants with training and guidance on using POS systems, BNPL services, and payment solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Merchant Acquiring, POS acquiring, BNPL sales, SME banking, or payment solutions.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of merchant acquiring, POS machines, card payments, BNPL products, and digital payment solutions is preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, field sales environment.
