Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector focusing on generating leads for building materials and services.
- Visit industrial workshops and fabrication companies in Musaffah and Abu Dhabi.
- Generate new powder coating business.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations that highlight value propositions and competitive advantages.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, specifically within the construction materials or services industry.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive B2B environment.
- UAE driving license.
- Experience in industrial sales, fabrication, steel, aluminum, paint, coating, or construction sectors preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu, or Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of Musaffah industrial area.
