Business Development Managers; Corporate Insurance

We're looking for experienced Business Development Managers to join our Corporate Insurance team in Abu Dhabi.

If you have a proven track record in corporate insurance sales and business development, and ideally manage an existing portfolio of clients, we'd like to hear from you.

• Develop new corporate business across all lines of corporate insurance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to policy placement and renewals.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work closely with technical and servicing teams to deliver exceptional client experience.
• Achieve agreed revenue and growth targets.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate insurance business development within the UAE.
• Existing portfolio of corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including Medical, Property, Liability, Engineering, Motor Fleet, Marine, and other corporate lines.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
