Sales Executive Motorcycle, ATVs, UTVs & Rental

As a Sales Executive – (Motorcycle, ATVs, UTVs & Rental), you will play a vital role specializing in the sale of motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, while also managing the rental business for motorcycles. As part of our Specialized Sports Equipment team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring exceptional service and sales performance in the local market. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, overseeing the full sales process, coordinating test rides, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

• Sell brand new and used motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs to individual and corporate customers.
• Manage and expand the motorcycle rental business, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and potential customers through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Arrange and oversee test rides to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions using CRM tools and other software.
• Perform day-to-day administrative duties as required by the business.

• Graduation or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and current market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
• Adherence to the company's attendance schedule, policies and procedures.
• Team player with utmost respect for colleagues and clients alike.
• Passion and commitment for the sales industry.
• Valid motorcycle license.

• Additional certifications or qualifications in sales, marketing, or the automotive sector.
• Prior experience with vehicle or equipment rentals.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and local customer base.
• Experience organizing test ride events or promotional activities.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in Arabic and English.
