Key Account Manager; Cement & Clinker

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer accounts for Building Materials products (Cement, Clinker, and Blocks). The role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing pricing negotiations, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring timely collection of receivables in line with company policies. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing pricing strategies, securing new business, maintaining commercial relationships with key customers, and ensuring operational coordination for efficient product delivery.

• Develop and maintain new business opportunities with both new and existing clients
• Manage key accounts including ready-mix companies, contractors, block factories, traders, and industrial customers
• Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and margin targets for cement and clinker products
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with approved company strategies
• Implement pricing, discounts, and commercial policies in coordination with commercial and pricing teams

• Ensure proper customer registration, documentation, and classification as per company procedures
• Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor credit limits, outstanding payments, and collection status of key accounts
• Ensure receivables are collected in line with agreed credit terms and company policies
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer demand

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Follow all relevant management procedures and operational controls
• Promote safe work practices and responsible environmental behavior

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline will be considered

• 5-7 years experience in Building Materials Industry (Cement, Clinker, Ready-mix, Blocks)
• 3-5 years experience in Sales or Key Account Management
• 2+ years experience in Marketing or Commercial roles
