Membership Consultant & Front of House

We're looking for a dynamic Membership Consultant cum Front of House to welcome members, drive membership sales, and provide an outstanding customer experience at our Abu Dhabi club.

• 1–3 years of experience in membership sales, fitness club sales, hospitality, or customer service (fitness industry experience preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and confident personality.
• Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to conduct engaging club tours and persuasive sales presentations.
• Experience handling enquiries via phone, email, Whats App, and social media.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with the ability to consistently achieve KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Arabic speakers are preferred
