We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manpower recruitment industry, excellent client acquisition skills, and a proven ability to develop business opportunities within the UAE market.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of business development experience in a manpower recruitment agency within the UAE.
• Abu Dhabi market experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
• Strong business network with companies across various industries in the UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE recruitment market, manpower outsourcing, and staffing solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful partnerships.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies seeking manpower and recruitment solutions.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and negotiate service agreements.
• Achieve business development and sales targets.
• Understand client workforce requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Maintain market knowledge and identify emerging opportunities in the UAE recruitment sector.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure successful client delivery and satisfaction.
