Sales Executive – Motorcycles

Role Overview
As a Sales Executive – Motorcycles, you will be part of our passionate sales team. As part of our Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Motorcycles (Harley-Davidson) team in Abu Dhabi, you ll work in an ONSITE environment where you will be responsible for promoting and selling Harley-Davidson motorcycles, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

• Sell new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles to prospective customers
• Manage customer relationships and follow up promptly on enquiries
• Promote Harley-Davidson products, genuine accessories, and related lifestyle items
• Support dealership marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative duties and all sales documentation
• Organize and supervise customer test rides

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the premium automotive or motorcycle industry
• Demonstrable passion for motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidson, and comprehensive knowledge of their products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and successfully close sales opportunities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a team
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and relevant sales tools
• Valid motorcycle license
• Graduate-level education or equivalent

• Additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Experience representing high-end or luxury brands
• Fluency in multiple languages
