Your objective is simple:

Bring projects to TPM.

You’ll identify opportunities, approach potential clients, introduce TPM's capabilities, build trust, arrange meetings, and work closely with our leadership and technical teams to convert opportunities into awarded projects.

You’ll never be expected to handle technical discussions alone.

Our engineers, project managers, commercial specialists, planners, and leadership team will support every proposal and client presentation.

You focus on opening the doors.

We’ll help you win them.

• Identify new PMC opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Build long-term relationships with developers, investors, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
• Conduct cold calls, networking meetings, Linked In outreach, and client visits.
• Arrange meetings with decision-makers.
• Present TPM's consultancy services professionally.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals alongside the technical team.
• Negotiate commercial opportunities.
• Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline.
• Represent TPM during exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to develop business growth strategies.

We're less interested in your CV than your ability to build relationships.

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Existing relationships within the UAE construction industry.
• Experience selling consultancy, engineering, construction, real estate, or professional services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence approaching new clients.
• Entrepreneurial thinking.
• Self-motivation and resilience.
• Ability to identify opportunities before competitors do.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP certification or similar professional qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
