Technical Sales Engineer – Surface Protection; Rubber & FRP Lining

- Develop new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi and UAE
- Promote Rubber Lining FRP Lining and Surface Protection solutions
- Visit industrial customers and understand technical requirements
- Prepare quotations commercial proposals and technical submissions
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain SAP - CRM and sales pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial technical sales.
- Experience in Rubber Lining, FRP, Protective Coatings, Corrosion Protection, Industrial Maintenance, Steel Fabrication or Piping preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Fluent English.
