Sales Executive; Field

Job Overview

We are looking for Sales Executives (Field) for Abu Dhabi City Area to join the Sales Team of our company on an immediate basis.

As a successful sales representative, you will be visiting hair salons, beauty salons, child salons, and pet salons to register their business on the SAILOONS APP. You will play a vital role in increasing the number of registered salons by managing and negotiating with salon owners and hairdressers to qualify our solutions to meet their business needs and generate further leads.

You should possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

• ‘Get the Salon Registered’ by using different customer sales techniques
• Attract new clients by devising new strategies and sales processes
• Evaluate client needs, skills and build a productive long-lasting relationship
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with other sales reps on best sales techniques
• Research accounts and generate leads
• Attend events, meetings, and training sessions
• Provide feedback to senior management with statistics
• Maintain client database within the assigned territory
• Generate daily and monthly sales reports

• BS/BA degree in Sales/Marketing or a relevant field
• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role
• Candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience also considered
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Track record of meeting sales quotas
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented

Fixed monthly salary plus perks based on sales generated
