Sales Executive

Oneroad Group engaged in automotive distribution business in 2018 and established Oneroad Automotive Trading Company, which has full-scenario business qualifications and capabilities such as automobile import and export, used car sales, automobile finance and insurance, auto parts sales, car rental, and automobile services. Oneroad Automobile focuses on Chinese automobile brands and strives to build the TOP 1 service platform for Chinese automobiles going overseas.

Oneroad Automobile has been authorized by many well-known manufacturers and brands such as Hongqi Motors, Great Wall Motors, Dongfeng Forthing Motors, to engage in agency distribution.

• Develop clients and follow up with clients until the deal is closed
• Keep a good relationship with clients and solve complaints or any issues independently
• Lead the sales to achieve the sales teamwork
• Complete the sales target independently
• Any other job assigned by management
• Research and analyze market trends and target markets
• Create marketing and strategies
• Plan and manage the launch of new products and services
• Work with in-house or external agencies to produce attractive campaigns that increase business
• Carry out market research (including detailed analysis and evaluation) to provide information on opportunities
• Organize and attend events to meet new and existing clients
• Manage budgets and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives' schedules
• Take responsibility for your customers' payment
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate manager

• 1-2 years experience in similar role in automotive industry in UAE
• Any Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent qualification
• A valid UAE driving license
• Must be Arabic speaker
