Key Account Sales Specialist

Mackenzie Jones is currently managing the search for a leading healthcare organization in the UAE, that is looking for a Key Account Specialist to drive commercial success across an assigned product portfolio. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams, and engage directly with healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributor networks across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs for the assigned product portfolio
• Promote products in line with company strategy and drive market share growth
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key institutional stakeholders
• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive intelligence — sharing insights with the wider sales team
• Communicate accurate, on-label medical/product information to clients
• Plan and report sales activity accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate market visits and account strategy with your line manager

Key Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of experience in sales or marketing within a healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree (healthcare or business/sales-related field preferred)
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) — essential
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills
• Ability to work autonomously with strong time and project management
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• High ethical standards and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
