Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell genuine spare parts for heavy construction equipment and industrial machinery.
Develop and expand batteries and lubricants business through wholesale and retail channels in Abu Dhabi.
Conduct daily customer visits to contractors, fleet operators, workshops, rental companies, and traders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely solutions to customer requirements.
Read and interpret OEM parts catalogues and accurately identify the correct parts using machine models and serial numbers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up to secure orders.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling parts, batteries, lubricants, and related products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment parts sales, bayberries & lubricants
Strong technical knowledge of OEM spare parts
Proven business development and customer relationship skills
Valid UAE driving licence
