Responsible for developing and managing business opportunities for rotating equipment maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), field services and aftermarket solutions across the UAE.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies for rotating equipment services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with end users, EPCs and O&M contractors.
- Good knowledge of customers like ADNOC Group, TAQA and similar customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines.
- Coordinate with proposal, engineering and operations teams.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Support tenders, pre-qualification and vendor registration activities.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Achieve revenue, margin and order intake targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- 8–12 years of UAE experience in rotating equipment services.
- Strong knowledge of compressors, pumps, turbines and related equipment.
- Existing network within ADNOC, TAQA and major industrial customers.
- UAE driving license
