• Revenue & Partner Performance
  - Drive achievement of all fixed services KPIs (FNE, TAAWUN, In-Zone, Home Wireless)
  - Own partner-led revenue growth and delivery
  - Hold partners accountable for P&L performance
  - Monitor performance and implement corrective action plans
• Partner Management & Governance
  - Manage indirect partner portfolio and ensure alignment with business goals
  - Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking
• Territory Execution & Sales Activation
  - Execute roadshows, kiosks and building tie‑ups
  - Collaborate with marketing, logistics and operations
• Partner Capability & Productivity
  - Identify training needs and improve partner capabilities
  - Drive productivity and manpower expansion
  
  Market Insights & Business Improvement
  - Provide structured market feedback and insights
  - Recommend improvements based on trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Telecom,Salesor Marketing)
• Minimum 5+ years in partner/channel management or sales
• Strong knowledge of UAE market

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Management
• A good understanding of the telecommunications or any relevant industry likeFMCG or retail distribution preferred
• A good understanding of UAE Market is MUST
• Strong Presentation skills to present market insights
