Touq Group is currently expanding its commercial team and is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to support the growth of its Drymix Concrete and Mortars Manufacturing business in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in construction materials sales and an established network within the UAE market.
Job Title:Sales Manager.
Location:Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market presence and achieve business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities within the ready-mix concrete, construction materials, and related sectors.
- Manage customer relationships and support long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning, negotiation, and business development activities.
- Proven experience in sales management within the construction materials industry.
- Strong background in one or more of the following areas:
- Ready-Mix Concrete
- Precast Concrete
- Blocks Manufacturing
- Construction Chemicals
- Established network with contractors, consultants, and developers in the UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive commercial growth.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong business development capabilities.
