Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and enhancing the company's market presence. The role focuses on promoting Readymix products, preparing commercial proposals, monitoring market trends, and ensuring timely collections while complying with company policies and QHSE standards.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives in line with the approved sales plan.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and commercial proposals in response to customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business development.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer payments to achieve collection targets and minimize overdue receivables.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing within approved company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies and procedures.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building materials sales, including at least 2 years in the Readymix or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology and construction materials.
• Experience working with major contractors, consultants, and clients in the UAE.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
