Regional Sales Manager – EOT Cranes (Oman, Jordan & Iraq)

• Location: UAE (Base Office) with regional travel to Oman, Jordan, and Iraq

Job Duties

• Drive sales growth for premium Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) Cranes across Oman, Jordan, and Iraq.
• Manage, secure, and grow relationships with premium corporate customers and high-value accounts in these specific markets.
• Leverage existing networks to pitch and secure contracts with government and semi-government entities in Oman, Jordan, and Iraq.
• Navigate complex public sector procurement processes, tendering cycles, and compliance frameworks unique to each target country.
• Conduct technical sales presentations and align crane engineering specifications with industrial client requirements.
• Prepare commercial bids, negotiate high‑value contracts, and manage the regional sales pipeline from leads to closing.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience: Proven track record in industrial B2B sales, specifically selling EOT cranes or heavy lifting equipment.
• Customer Management: Essential experience in managing and closing deals with premium, tier-one industrial clients.
• Government Relations: Strong network and deep knowledge of the ways of working within ministries, utilities, and semi-government organizations.
• Mobility: Valid UAE driving license and full willingness to travel frequently to Oman, Jordan, and Iraq.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, technical communication, and relationship-building skills.
