Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision-makers including Procurement Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Operations Managers, and CFOs.
• Generate qualified leads through Linked In, cold email, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and discovery meetings.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract signing.
• Develop outbound sales campaigns and messaging.
• Build strategic partnerships with ERP providers, procurement consultants, and manufacturing firms.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the product team.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
• Prospect procurement ops leaders, run demos, close early customers, and work directly with founders.

Commission-only, uncapped of revenue generated paid after invoice collection.

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of selling software to enterprise or mid-market companies.
• Experience selling to manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, or industrial clients is highly preferred.
• Strong cold calling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a startup.
• Comfortable with commission-only.
• UAE-based and hungry to build early.
