Sales Associate - Female Arabic Speaker

The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating and converting membership sales , delivering an engaging, informative, and professional experience to every prospective member. The Consultant manages leads and enquiries from first contact through to tour, trial, and sign-up, meets individual sales targets, and contributes to a positive, high-performing sales culture within the club. Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Achieve and exceed individual membership sales targets set by the Sales Supervisor on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming leads and enquiries via phone, walk-in, and digital channels.
• Conduct engaging club tours, trials, and consultations that clearly communicate the value of membership and services.
• Guide prospective members through the sign-up process, ensuring all paperwork, payment details, and CRM records are completed accurately.
• Follow up consistently with leads, trial members, and past enquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members to support retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on membership packages, pricing, promotions, and personal training/retail offerings to advise members effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Supervisor and wider team to support club sales campaigns and events.
• Represent the company brand professionally at all times, both on the sales floor and in the community.
• Commission: base salary plus commission on membership and add-on sales (rate to be confirmed by Sales Supervisor/Club Manager).
