Officer - Client Management

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries requests and issue resolution
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
• Coordinate with internal departments Commercial operations finance talent Acquisition HR and PRO to ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Prepare account reviews reports and performance presentations
• Ensure compliance with company policies contractual obligations and service-level agreements
• Track customer satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives
• Support contract renewals negotiations and account retention efforts
• Maintain accurate client records in RAMCO SUNDUS HUB and other systems

Preferably in the outsourcing or recruitment services industry, with a minimum of 1 –6 years in a similar role.

• Negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
