Building Materials Sales Executive

A well-established company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Building Materials Sales Executive to join its growing team. This role is ideal for sales professionals with extensive knowledge of the UAE construction market and a proven ability to develop strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, promoting building materials, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and a strong network within the UAE construction industry.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales within the UAE building materials market.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product recommendations for customers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements to secure business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate product availability.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within the construction sector.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE building materials sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction products and the UAE market.
• Established network of vendors and clients within the construction industry.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives.
