About the Role
Mantra Care is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive BDE to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling email outreach Linked In and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings presentations and product demonstrations
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Stay updated on market trends competitors and industry developments
- Prepare daily sales reports and pipeline updates
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- 1 3 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Client Acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience in healthcare wellness SaaS or service-based industries is an added advantage
