- Generate new leads through networking referrals social media cold calling property developers real estate agents and other channels
- Contact and follow up with potential clients to understand their interior design and architectural requirements
- Arrange and conduct client meetings site visits and project consultations
- Present the company s interior design architecture fit-out and related services to prospective clients
- Coordinate with the design and technical teams to prepare proposals quotations presentations and project concepts
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Follow up consistently on quotations and proposals to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM or company system
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends competitor activities pricing and new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with property owners developers consultants contractors real estate professionals and corporate clients
- Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the project design team
- Attend networking events exhibitions property events and other industry-related activities when required
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, fit-out, construction, real estate, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the design team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- UAE market experience is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
