Sales Manager - Abu-Dhabi, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. This is a full-time job with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Train, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve their performance
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer service

• Indian nationality preferred
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the UAE market
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the UAE region
• Fluent in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
• Valid UAE driving license
