We are looking for a sales manager with excellent customer service and management skills to join our team and help our company grow.
We offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month, plus performance bonuses and commission.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, implementing sales strategies, and improving customer service and customer relations.
You should have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, train and develop a sales team. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales, meeting and exceeding targets, and customer service excellence.
The job responsibilities include setting goals for the team and providing feedback on performance, managing customer service complaints, developing sales strategies and working with other departments to acquire new customers.
