We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of sales experience preferably within the testing laboratory or service industry to join our team.
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs
- Actively seek new sales prospects through cold calling, networking and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Generate new business for designated testing services within the laboratory
- Negotiate and close deals
- Handle client objections and complaints effectively
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Collect customer feedback and share it with internal teams for improvement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry / Marketing or a related field
- Candidate with technical qualification is preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Strong proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Sound understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
UAE experience and a valid driving license are mandatory.
